This set of 3 weighted, textured, handballs are perfect for squeezing, manipulating, tossing or adding weight. Each set contains a 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 lb. (.11,.23 and .34kg) weighted ball perfect for small hands. Balls can be inflated or deflated to your needs and contain a sand mixture for great stress reduction too! Does not contain latex.
